Basketball Training

Hello my dear bloggers,


Today I am going to talk about Basketball training well let’s start off by saying that the coach's name
was Jhalal.

I loved the end because it ended with a game.


 But what I didn't like about this "basketball" "training" is the jump stance.
The jump stance means jumping and then sitting on an invisible chair with your hands out.
I didn't like it because it hurt my knees and it felt like I was getting  a surgery with my knees
so that's why I didn't like it.




 I'll tell about what kind of skill I learnt which wasn't very fun but I still liked it and it is called pivoting.
So what you do is you stand in one area and then you move your other leg to another direction.
That skill would be useful in basketball because if you moved it would be travel (which means moving with the ball with two hands).

  1. I also liked to play basketball but I need to practice more to get better at it but tell which kind of skill that you thought that wasn't fun
